AIA Emerging Professional 2016.07.08

jkLAB’s proposal for a community meditation center in Sommerville, Massachusetts has been selected as part of the AIA’s 2016 Emerging Professional Exhibit. This year’s theme “It Takes a Community” called for projects providing for the engagement and interaction of the collective.

The selected projects are on display in Washington DC at the AIA Headquarters through September.

Rotch Travelling Scholarship 2015.04.09

JK was named the 2015 Rotch Scholar.

The awarding of the scholarship is based on a design competition proposal as well as a travel itinerary.
