Bridge, Library Between Facades 2003

This project begins with the analysis of two facades, Rafael Moneo's town hall in Murcia, and Louis Kahn's British Art Center at Yale. The bridge is a transition between vertical and horizontal openings, although the entire volume can only be perceived from without. The layered external skin seems to mask the interior but is, in fact, quite honest in its expression of the spatial organization.
